  • When do you restock treats?
    We restock every Monday at 5:30pm EST unless we announce another change for that week on Instagram.
  • Why does everything say sold out?
    Our treats sell out very quickly, sometimes even within a minute. The best way to ensure getting treats is to be ready at 5:30 and check out as quickly as possible. Don’t worry if you don’t get any one week or see them in the middle of the week because there’s always the next Monday to try again! 
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes definitely! If we have not shipped your order it can definitely be canceled if you message me with your order number or name. 
  • How long does shipping take?
    All orders are packaged and sent out within the week they’re ordered and after that normal shipping takes around 4days.
